The client and clinician meet for 90 minutes to orient to the treatment process. We’ll review what was disclosed in the intake forms as a starting block for further conversation of what brings you to therapy at this time. Clients may be asked to fill out additional questionnaires. At the end of session, we’ll review goals and the recommended treatment plan for ongoing sessions.

On the back end, we’ll also reach out to any other clinicians and practitioners on your care team to collaborate.

The standard session. A link will be provided at the start of treatment to log on to Zoom each week during the agreed-upon session time. Weekly sessions follow a blueprint of setting the session agenda and prioritizing immediate needs. The remainder of session is spent addressing long-term goals with action-oriented and supportive behavioral and psychodynamic approaches.

Remiges offers the ability to provide individual treatment at a client’s home or work environment. This option is helpful for those who have limitations, preferences or would benefit from in-person treatment approaches, such as exposure therapy or environmental intervention.
